      Lil’ Blue Eyes

I had the pleasure of shooting this handsome little man a couple months ago.  His momma Angie found me on the Heights Kids site.  We went over to Angie’s sister’s beautiful home in the Heights to shoot these fun and carefree photos.  This was the first photo shoot for this little guy.  He was such a good little boy for me and loved having his photos taken.  I can’t wait to capture him as he grows up!

I’m so very happy with the photos! Thanks so much. Looking forward to you capturing more pictures of him on his first birthday.

      Kim’s Bridal Portraits-Icon Hotel Houston

Congratulations to Kim and her lovely husband Ryan!  They just tied the knot a couple weeks ago at the beautiful Parador.  I’m so happy I can finally post some of my favorites from Kim’s bridal session now.  Her wedding theme was classic vintage.  We did some awesome Mad Men themed engagement photos and now for her bridal we continued with the classic vintage theme.  I found this awesome blue bird cage veil while I was shopping for my own wedding.  I just had to have it and I knew I would be able to use at some point.  I was so thrilled that Kim was excited to use it when I brought it to our shoot.  We found the perfect location to for her bridals.  Thanks Heather Williams for doing an awesome job on the hair and makeup!

      Emily & Jeremy’s Houston Cohen House Wedding-Part 2

I absolutely love E+J’s wedding reception at the Cohen House at Rice University.  They had such a fun reception, as you can see from the pics.  Sometimes day weddings tend to be a little more laid back, but everyone was having a blast on the dance floor.    The Cohen House is such a gorgeous venue during the day. The huge bay windows allows for natural light to flood the room and with the greenery outside, it doesn’t get much better then that.  Besides from everything being perfect, I have to say Emily is one tough cookie and such a trooper.  She broke her hand about a month or so before her big day.  She was able to tough it out during the ceremony without her cast, but had to put it on during her reception.  It did not stop her from having fun on the dance floor and dropping like it’s hot!  Your awesome Em!  I wish you and Jeremy much happiness in your new life together!  You guys are awesome!  Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your incredible day!  XO~Sunny

Emily & Jeremy’s Houston Wedding at St. Paul’s Methodist-Part One

Spring is here and love is in the air!  Spring is my favorite time of the year!  The weather is absolutely perfect here in Houston and it makes me so happy, but I get even happier when my friends decide to say “I Do”!  It’s such an honor to be able to create art and document my friends special day. I had the pleasure of capturing Emily and Jeremy’s gorgeous spring wedding a couple weeks ago.  They said “I Do” in front of 200 of their closest friends and family at the beautiful St. Paul’s Methodist Church in the museum district.  The day was perfect and they looked absolutely amazing!  I loved that they wanted to do some fun shots with the shades!  Super cute!  Check back for more on this awesome couple.  Their reception was soooo much fun at the Cohen House at Rice University.  It was the perfect setting for their daytime reception.

      Annabelle-Newborn Session Houston

My friend Modi and her husband Michael, just brought this little cutie into the world.  I got a chance to photograph her when she was only 9 days old.  It’s best to get them while they are fresh and new (within 10days) in order to get them sleepy.  This little one was not going to fall asleep for anything, so we were able to get some of her posing and relaxing.  I absolutely love the last one!  She was totally strikin’ a pose for me.  Watch out momma!  You have a little starlet on your hands!  Love it!!! Congrats!

      Angela - April 6, 2011 - 9:08 pm
