      Cheers To A New Year!!!!

I’d like to thank everyone who selected me to be a part of your special celebration this year!    May this new year bring you joy, love and peace!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season!  This past year I’ve been truly blessed.  I tied the knot on 1.30.11 and was named Photographer of the Year by The Knot.   I’m happier then I have ever been.   My husband and I have had such an amazing year together.  We have been working hard and having fun traveling.  This year we are wishing for a bundle of joy! 🙂

Best wishes to you all for a bright and beautiful 2012!!!

      Kori & Zach Engagements-La Colombe D’or Houston

Kori and Zach are tying the knot next weekend, so I wanted to post my favorite images from their e-session.  Kori and Zach are one of the sweetest and coolest couples.  They love doing everything together…from checking out new restaurants or just relaxing and watching football.  Kori loves her football and Zach said she had me at football….or something like that.   They are so sweet!  I can’t wait to capture their big day.  Their reception will be held at the gorgeous La Colombe D’or, so we decided to shoot their engagement photos there.  I love all the art work that is hung around the venue.  It’s so unique and fun!  Check back to see more from this awesome couples big day!

      Melissa & Jeff’s Wedding Celebration-Houston Hotel Zaza

I absolutely love Melissa and Jeff’s wedding celebration photos from Hotel Zaza!  They decided they wanted to have a private ceremony (just the two of them) in the Grand Canyon, but they wanted to celebrate with all of their friends and family in Houston.  They had such a beautiful reception.  I loved the black and white damask theme with the red accents.  It was soooo classically beautitful!

Indeed a nice post. I also came from wedding photography background in Houston and love to read the new and healthy stuff on photography. Thanks for posting such a nice stuff and hope you will be publishing such quality posts over the coming days.

      Orlando Family Portraits-Houston TX

I’ve been so lucky to be able to capture the Orlando’s growing family.   From bridals to baby…they are one good looking family.  It’s always a blast getting them in front of my camera.  Berkley has grown up before my eyes and she is a lil doll!  We decided to do something colorful and fun for their holiday photos this year.  We started in the studio and made our way downtown to find some fun and funky backdrops.  Berkley did so good considering all the clothes and locations.  We did discover she was not a fan of hats or anything that might mess up her adorable curls….such a lil’ diva ( I love it).  Here are some of my favs from the day!

      Angela Orlando - November 4, 2011 - 3:15 pm

Thanks so much for having the patience and tolerance shooting our lil diva!! The pictures turned out more fabulous than I could have imagined! We love them all and are going to have a tough time chosing which to print. It is pretty amazing to think you have captured our lives from engagement, to bridals, to wedding, belly bump, newborn and now toddler. Looking forward to many more photoshoots to come!!!
