Misty and Thomas had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in Galveston at the Garten Verein in Kempner Park this past fall. Misty and Thomas are both locals to Galveston so instead of doing a beach wedding they wanted something a little different for their wedding and opted for a romantic garden setting. I love this location because of the unique a whimsical feel of the architecture of the venue and the park itself. They kept with the theme and invited a caricature artist to draw pictures of their guests as part of their wedding favors. I thought that was such a unique and fun gift and the guests really seemed to enjoy it. I mean how often do you get to get a silly drawing of yourself. Awesome couple equals and awesome wedding!
