I recently had the opportunity to help out one of my awesome girlfriends Jayme Lamm. She is Houston’s Most Valuable writer/blogger for theblondeside.com and is also one of the co-founders of charitychickshouston.com She asked me to come along with her to photograph Houston Texans Duane Brown. She was writing for ESPN about her challenge “Can an NFL tackle fit inside a smart car?” We met the 6 ft. 5in 350 lb. offensive lineman on one of the hottest days this summer, right after training camp to see if he could fit into the 106 in. smart car. It was so funny to see this tall, fierce NFL football player stand before us and the smart car. It didn’t seem like it would be possible for him to fit inside, but surprisingly he did. Although, once he was in he didn’t quite look like the tough NFL football player anymore, but more like a cute little kid behind the wheel of his first go-kart.
